TUF-TOP HOLD-OUT is a water based liquid that will render water repellency to most concrete and masonry. Hold-Out penetrates and chemically reacts on and below the surface to form a “breathable” barrier that will retard moister intrusion, and inhibit mildew, mold and algae formation without the use of toxic biocides.

Hold-Out will also provide moderate resistance to oil and grease. Other water repellents either form an acrylic film or fill up the pores of the substrate with a wax material that sun and weather will break down and wash away.
